• That a certificate proves more than it states. An X-ray report shows the internal structure and mukhi count of a bead; a gem lab card identifies a stone's species and treatment; neither speaks to effect.
• That Shiwalay makes anything itself. It is a brand and curator; makers are named on each listing.
• Bestseller badges are computed from real orders over 90 days, and the subscriber count from real subscription orders; neither is typed in by hand.
