Orders and prices

• An order is accepted when we confirm it by WhatsApp or email; until then we may decline or limit quantities.
• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Shipping and cash-on-delivery charges are shown before you pay.
• If a price or description is clearly wrong we will tell you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.
• Made-to-order pieces vary slightly from photographs because they are handmade; that is not a defect.

Authenticity and certification

Where a product is described as lab-certified, GI-tagged or hallmarked, the certificate ships with it and can be re-verified by us at any time. Astrological, health or spiritual benefits described on the site reflect tradition and are not medical or financial advice. Gemstones and rudraksha are recommended after a consultation; the decision to wear them is yours.

Energisation and services

Energisation (pran pratishtha) and pujas are performed by partner pandits at the stated location on your behalf; a video is provided as the record of performance. Consultations are advisory. Scheduling, rescheduling and cancellation follow the returns policy.

Your account and conduct

Provide accurate contact and address details. Do not misuse the site, attempt to access other people's data, or resell products as your own without our written agreement.

Intellectual property

Text, photographs, the brand motif and the Shiwalay name are ours or licensed to us. Product pages may be shared with a link; copying them for another store is not permitted.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow that limit. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather or events beyond our control, though we will keep you informed and refund undelivered orders.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
