Before transformation

Where does your transformation start?

Rate six areas of your life as they are today. Name the one you most want to change. In two minutes you have a map: where you stand, the area to start with and why, and a 90-day path of three practices, one after another. Redraw it after each practice and watch the picture move.

  • Starts with the foundation, then your goal
  • Three practices, about ninety days
  • Nothing leaves your phone
  • Redraw the map after each practice

How the map is built

A psychologist's questions, a neurologist's reasons, and a tradition's method

Six areas, one honest word each

Mind and rest, work and purpose, money, courage, relationships, home. You place each on five plain words from struggling to strong. No scoring you cannot see, no trick questions. A life rated by the person living it is the most accurate instrument there is, as long as it is rated honestly.

Foundation before goal

The map does not always start where you want it to. A mind that cannot rest makes every other change uphill, so it comes first when it is low. A far lower area comes before the goal that sits on top of it. This is how a clinician sequences change: the keystone first, so the rest moves with it.

What we will never claim

That a practice cures, attracts or guarantees anything. The map promises a routine kept, one area moved at a time, and the proof to yourself that you can keep a vow. If several areas are at struggling, it tells you to call Tele-MANAS on 14416 first, free and 24 hours, and then begin if you'd like to.

Questions

Before you draw it

What does 'complete transformation' mean here?

Not a new life by Friday. It means the six areas of an ordinary life, mind, work, money, courage, relationships and home, each moved up a step by a practice kept every morning, one after another, over about ninety days. The map shows where you are today, picks the area to start with, and lays out the three practices in order. Redraw it after each one and watch the picture change.

Why does the map sometimes not start with the area I chose?

Because some areas hold up the others. A mind that cannot rest makes every other change uphill, so if it is low it comes first. If another area is far below the one you named, it comes first for the same reason. The area you chose is always next on the path.

Is this a diagnosis?

No. It is a self-rating of your own life in five plain words, from struggling to strong, and it cannot tell you what you have. If you rate several areas as struggling, the map points you to a free helpline before anything else, because a practice sits alongside help and is not a substitute for it.

How does a daily ritual transform anything?

Identity follows action: you do not become calm and then sit still, you sit still every morning and become someone who does. The same action at the same hour for three weeks turns a decision into a reflex, and by about two months it runs without you. One kept habit in the right area pulls the others along. That is the whole method, and it needs no belief, only the hour.

Where do my answers go?

Nowhere. The map is drawn on your phone and kept in your browser's own storage so you can redraw it later and compare. We never see it.
