The 21-Day Career Ritual is kept at sunrise with water poured to Surya from a copper lota. This kit holds the lota, the tilak set for the pinch of red chandan and rice in the water, the rakta chandan mala for the 108 names, and the notebook for the one task you set yourself each day. Twenty-one day cards carry each morning's act, and the twelve names of Surya are printed on a card to keep beside you until you know them. A red flower most mornings is the only thing to buy. Each item is also sold on its own; the kit is the cheaper way to begin.
Arghya to the rising sun is among the oldest daily rites in India: water poured from a copper vessel with the twelve names of Surya, kept by students and working people alike.
