The 21-Day Gratitude Ritual is a lamp at your family altar, the sarve bhavantu sukhinah prayer, one line of thanks in a notebook, and one person or gift thanked aloud each day. This kit holds a brass diya and wicks, Mysore sandalwood agarbatti, the notebook, twenty-one thank-you cards with envelopes for the days you would rather write than call, and the prayer on a card. Twenty-one day cards say whom or what each day's thanks is for. A flower each morning is the only thing to buy. Each item is also sold on its own; the kit is the cheaper way to begin.
Sarve bhavantu sukhinah is a shanti mantra recited at the close of pujas and gatherings: may all be happy, may all be free from illness.
