The 21-Day Peace Ritual is water poured slowly on the Shivling, Om Namah Shivaya on a rudraksha mala, and five minutes of stillness. This kit holds the copper lota for the pouring, a 5 mukhi rudraksha mala for the 108, a brass diya and wicks, dried bel patra for the offering, and the notebook for the one thing you let go of each day. Twenty-one day cards carry each day's act. Bring your own Shivling or a picture of Shiva; if you have neither, the Narmadeshwar Shivling on this site is the one we'd choose. Each item is also sold on its own; the kit is the cheaper way to begin.
Water poured on the Shivling is the simplest abhishek, and Om Namah Shivaya on a rudraksha mala the most widely kept japa in the Shaiva tradition.
